I'd endorse Johnsons Redditch Volkswagen because they are local and repairs are reasonable

I had my car serviced here because I have a service plan. I was still stung extra for the brake fluid change, I think this should be included in the service plan. I know they'll say it's optionally - & the lady at the desk didn't pressure me into it - but it's your brakes. I don't wanna take any chances.
I booked a sit & wait. I was told 1hr - 1.5hr to compete.
I day & waited, 2 hrs later in still sat there, no update. I went to the desk, the lady looked up - 'just sorting your paper work, I'll be 5 mins'. More like 15 mins later.
The staff at the desk were friendly, all the work clearly explained, no pressure for extras.
However, disappointed it was well over time expected & no one updated despite sitting a couple of feet from them. Might sound petty to some but I had other places to be.

My experience at Johnsons Redditch Volkswagen could have been better because .. There Service Manager, could have followed through with his explanation and call back as promised.

On this occasion the service was let down by all the tyres being under inflated on collection including the 2 new tyres but this has been only problem over 3 services.
